Others might want to do something more original for their big night. Well, there are plenty of options that are limited only by a person’s imagination. One way to make a night more special and personal is to throw your own party. Get a bunch of friends together and go to a place that has meant a lot to you during your 4 years together. Whether it’s a local park, a friend’s home or something else entirely, picking a more personalized location for a celebration will make the evening that much better and add to the many memories that were already made there
If you still wanna get all made up and go a bit more fancy, there are ways to do it without spending your entire savings. There are plenty of thrift stores no matter where you live that will surely have plenty of gorgeous dresses and suits for the occasion. Girls can spare some expense by getting together with their friends to be each other’s own hair dressers and make-up artists. The time spent getting ready also gives plenty of time to reminisce about funny things that happened during high school favorite things you did together. You can top it all off by having a bunch of you share a limo or a party bus. If everyone pays a portion of the rental, you can get a ride to remember without spending a fortune.

Some would rather have a more low-key evening. If that’s the case, you can organize a movie night or a late-night pool party. You can watch favorite movies, high-school themed ones or even hook up a stereo to play songs that were released during your high school years to play as you swim and hang out. Whatever you end up doing for the evening, remember that it is entirely up to you. It’s your night, so make it one you will remember.
