Florida has a place to show it. I just got a notice that the Le Pavillon club in North Miami is having open mike nights! They're opening it up to musicians, comedians, poets and art- how cool is that? You can find their myspace page and get more info here. If you go, be sure to get video of it and link us to it in the comments. Local talent has to be seen, right?
Also... I was browsing youtube today and came across this video from the Everglades Safari Park.
Wow does that take me back. It's nice watching on the video, but it's nothing compared to actually being there and seeing all the beauty up close. I remember, though, there was one downside to the airboats- they are loud! Thankfully, they were giving away earplugs for people to use. Have you been there? Comment and share your stories.
